Ho incontrato solo due volte gli hotel che una volta che la scadenza per la cancellazione della prenotazione è scaduta hanno rifiutato di trovare accordi, uno dei due è questo resort a 4 stelle con spa e vista lago, l'altro aveva due camere e probabilmente era in pericolo di fallimento.

In mid-December my husband called the hotel to make a reservation from 6 to 7 January 2024. The receptionist answered and denied him the credit card transaction twice in order to make him lose the reservation. Let me start by saying that until then there had never been any problems with the card and to this day there are none. The receptionist tried in every way to get my husband to give up, we had been made an offer by themselves, room, breakfast and spa. My husband, however, held out as it was a gift he was giving me. He had to pay by bank transfer. When we arrived on January 6th the receptionist didn 't give us much importance, she made us go up to the room by letting us pass from the outside and not from the inside, despite having seen that I was on a crutch, being disabled. He never gave us details on how to get to the room from inside, my husband found out on his own on day 7 before leaving. As for the structure, the room and the spa, everything was truly impeccable. I HOPE that this complaint of mine about the receptionists is of some use because it is a real shame. I wanted to note that both my husband and I worked in hotels and the first things we were taught were friendliness, kindness and availability. Excellent staff make you feel at home.. excellent food.. beautiful and comfortable location.. definitely an experience to repeat.

Things to save: cleanliness of rooms and parking. We found ourselves at the hotel restaurant which I remember is a 4 star... in reality it is a restaurant open to all..... indescribable confusion. The gnocchi were from the supermarket, reheated hard potatoes tasteless in the microwave. the sorbet never arrived. bathroom window didn't close and it's the end of November. pub under the hotel with noise until late as the room isn't soundproofed. all for the modest sum of 243 euros! !!!!
