I had money in the machine and managed to hit the bonus spin of ten, but after the first spin, it malfunctioned and my balance was wiped out, leaving me with nothing. I was promised a call regarding the situation, but I never received one. When I returned the next day, I was told that the machine was fixed, but they didn't have any information about my issue or the money I lost. I won’t be returning to Dotty's, Shelby's, or any of their other locations. It's not just about the money for me; it was frustrating to finally hit that bonus round and then see everything disappear like that.

I noticed mice crawling on the buns on a shelf in the back, and they were actually serving those same buns to customers.

This is a chain restaurant. The staff member was helpful and friendly. However, they didn't have pizza or Diet Coke available.

Dotty's is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to enjoy some time on the slots. They have excellent incentives and promotions that make it even more enjoyable. Make sure to stop by soon!
