Mcdonald's - Lovington

Delicious food and wonderful staff, but the coffee was served cold. Let's improve that! Overall, the experience was fantastic. I ordered breakfast for takeout, and the price was around $20–30. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.

I went through the drive-thru and noticed that the car in front of me was waiting for quite a while. During that time, I saw three vehicles in the other lane being helped, but they never acknowledged the car ahead of me, so it eventually drove off. When I finally reached the speaker, those same three cars had already been served before me, and I only got a response because I kept saying "hello." This kind of service happens every time I visit; if it doesn't happen to me, I always see it happen to someone else. It's really frustrating! Additionally, some of the employees could use a smile every now and then.
