We order from here regularly and are usually happy with the food and service but today we have been left disappointed and annoyed. There was a pizza missing from our order which was for our 5 year old. The delivery driver called the shop to explain it was missing but spoke in a foreign language the whole time which I feel is a little disrespectful on a customers doorstep. That being said, he promised to return quickly with said pizza and a can of pop for our daughter which we felt was a nice gesture. Over an hour later and a hungry little girl moaning at us asking when her food would arrive I called the restaurant to see when it was coming only to be told “I sorry, we very busy” and given another 20-25 minutes estimate for the pizza to be delivered. This will mean that we ordered at 6pm and the pizza will arrive at 9pm (if it actually turns up). Poor service this time around and since the change of name and ownership it’s got worse. Time to find another Pizza shop I feel

Horrific to say the least. We ordered 5 times from this place and they didnt get it right once. Had to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes and the stuff clearly is not fresh. Would not recommend Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
