7-eleven - Lowell

This 7-Eleven is awesome. I was a faithful Dunkin's customer until I stopped by this 7-Eleven on my lunch break last week. I wish I got her name, but the cashier has excellent customer service, signed me up for 7 rewards in 2 seconds! I am the example of the customer we all learn about in training videos, never went before and now you have gained a frequent customer LOL well done guys

The only good associat good that works there is Melissa and christina. Only have stuff in stock. Melissa with pink hair makes good food not burnt. Same with coffe vety good not burnt. Thetes a assistant manager with long hair there is vety slow and dont habe stuff stock. Coffee creamer) makes food burnt. pizza) but the ppl there r good.

I really love this 7-Eleven! I used to visit almost every morning after work to grab a few items. The young man and the blonde girl who work there nearly every day are truly wonderful. They have always treated me with kindness and have provided outstanding customer service. Having worked in customer service myself since I was 14, before I joined FedEx Ground, I can confidently say that these two really excel in their positions. Keep up the great work; you both are amazing! Stay safe, and thank you for your kindness!

I always receive such warm treatment from the entire staff. Melissa truly stands out as a gem. She's consistently helpful to everyone, polite, cheerful, and an outstanding multitasker. I'm so grateful for her!

This is the only 7-Eleven I would choose to visit, unless absolutely necessary. The woman who works during the day is always friendly and enjoys engaging in conversation.
