Dunkin' Donuts - Lowell

We got a large ice coffee and a small iced coffee. The large was made correctly but the small was not! My first sip was awful cause they forgot to put the caramel in it! They were quick but at what cost?!? Money wasted unfortunately for me!

Quick, exceptional service. Always a smile and pleasant at the drive thru. coffee is always nice and hot! I have a big family and ordered a lot of food items, they even helped me bring the food to the car. Kudos to this lovely guy in the picture who went the extra mile! Even the staff who made all of my food items!

Sometimes, service can be slow. But, everything always comes out great.

Came at 8:30 when they close at 9 and I get 30 min before is a little annoying but I worked at a dunks for 2 years and throwing everything except for matcha away is nuts, when you got half an hour left till you close.

Woman who made my food here walked out of the bathroom with litteral FECES on her fingers before taking my order. She very obviously didn't bother to wash her hands, not only is this a health concern its also absolutely disgusting. I didn't want to be rude so I simply walked out and threw my order in the trash. She had cat eye glasses and her hair was pulled back in a bun. Really hope this woman gets fired. Will not ever visit this location again.
