Owner is not friendly or welcoming. She would stare and not say a word back. It seems like she's in a bad mood constantly. Food tastes stale. The cellophane packaging they use for their bread has a very strong acetone smell. Customer service is really awful.I will not be coming back in there anytime soon, if ever.

I bought the Fruit cake for my son special birthday with Duran only. As a result, they mixed Duran and Taro. My son allergy with Taro. I go back and talk to the owner woman, she seem like not really care and just blame to her worker. I walked away without any exchange. I paid full price for that special cake. I'm really sorry to my son that screw up his birthday. Be aware that place.

The nice woman told me that she does not have any cakes due to high customer order, but she can make me one if I can wait in 30 minutes. I got the cake after waiting and I brought the cake home to surprise my family. The decorations on the cake are beautiful and the taste of the cake is fresh and delicious. Variety of baked pastries that are not too sweet. Tasted most of their individually packed pastries and every thing is good. Fruit cake and matcha cakes are their specialty. They even sell the sponge cake in a tray which is really cheap and delicious. Coconut sweet bun is a must try item as well.
