After the 4th trip to this location it will be the last time. I know we have been arriving after 9, which seems to cause the most issues. So the lobby is locked, no sign to inform customers. Notjing on tye websit stating the loobby is closed. Tonight we checked the door, it was 9:15pm, the door was open. But we we quicy told that the lobby is closed. We couldn't grab our food at the door, we had to go to thendrove thru.We drive around to the drive thru, got our meal. The combo we got has chicken nuggets.I checked the bag, and again, the nuggets were missing. Had to drive around to the drive thru to let know we're missing them. They had to cook them up and for us to drive to the door they'd bring them out.We said we would wait at the pick up window then3-4 minutes while we wait. We would move if another car pulled up behind us.This location is not very convenient and keeps messing up our order. So, no more KFC for us.
This kfc is by far the best kfc in all of indiana therefore everybody there deserves a raise and a good handshake. we’ve also had the best service and received stickers! the manager jacob housley was very nice, respectful, and willing to conversate. mark sczurko is very friendly, and hard working. presley mack has a very bubbly and great personality. presley was also the one to give us stickers. ashlyn westfall is respectful and very funny. kirsten triemstra is very nice. all around this was a very wonderful and interesting experience. the food was top notch also! make sure everyone checks out this kfc! the scenery was excellent. sincerely georgia meyer, tommy meyer, Sebastian avolos, caleb holman. have a wonderful day!
Restaurant seemed to be under staffed. Biscuits were stale and under cooked. Staff was doing the best they could.
