Contribuisci feedbackMcDonald’s just isn't what it used to be. The prices for fast food are getting quite high; I ordered a Big Mac, a small fries, and a medium Coke, and it cost me $10.55. I can't imagine how families with children can afford to eat there. Unfortunately, I find the quality of the food to be quite low. As a senior, I really feel the impact of these changes.
This McDonald's is a pretty good location overall. Orders are usually accurate, and the drive-thru service is typically quick. The self-service kiosks are comfortable and convenient. The staff is friendly and welcoming, even to the homeless individuals nearby, who I often see stopping by for a cup of coffee.
I had a frustrating experience at McDonald's on August 9, 2022, around 10:09 PM. I attempted to place an order using a deal on the app, but the staff member had trouble processing it correctly. Instead of helping me, he told me I was taking too long and insisted that I had to pay for an incorrect order or move from the line. Rather than deal with that, I decided to head to the nearby McDonald's next to Hannaford. They got my order right without any drama, in stark contrast to the rude staff member at the previous location. This young employee clearly didn't know how to do his job and, rather than offering assistance, he tried to make me feel bad for the situation. Normally, I’m understanding, but I was frustrated by his attitude and lack of professionalism.
That doesn't even deserve a star, my pommes are cold. I asked for sprit and got water and my burger is quite pink. will you kill me? also my eating was late at 30 minutes better mc donald’s I have ordered since my child is in my mother's womb and it's great until 2020 wwf goes with y’all all ur food is **** I can smell it so for all of u read this dont buy **** from mcdonald’s on level st go to the in dracut
I went with my three grandsons to buy some happy meals for them. We received friendly and very polite attention, but due to human error and also involuntary, the toys we had paid for did not come in the boxes. I contacted McDonald's customer service and received an unexpected response from the Director of Operations, Mr. Robert Broughton. he very personally he took the necessary measures to solve the small incident; very quickly and effectively receive the best response for me and my grandchildren.
