Southwick Hall - Lowell

Older building that's always being renovated. Had plenty of classes here.

Southwick dining is overrated. Fox hall dining for life. Fox hall on east makes southwick look like a fool. Fox hall has the best chicken patties on this side of the Merrimack. Southwick has burritos that you get sick of. They have noodle bowls that aren't bad but nothing compared to FH dining #goriverhawks

This hall is across the Ball Hall, and access to the tunnel.

The restaurant has recently installed a new elevator, however it is extremely slow and noisy. It has not yet been inspected. Additionally, the newly constructed bathrooms on the fourth floor are consistently dirty and the paint is already peeling off the walls.

If you're tired of the usual campus dining hall fare, you won't find much satisfaction at the four eateries in Southwick. They offer sandwiches, Mexican food, pizza, and burgers, all of which are disappointingly bland. The pizza appears to have been taken straight from the freezer before being served, while the burgers are small and lack flavor. The sandwiches are also poorly assembled. The best option among them is the Mexican food outlet. I would have given it a higher rating if it accepted meal swipes, but unfortunately, you have to shell out extra money for these subpar offerings. The only redeeming factor is the F'real milkshake machine, which is the sole reason to visit Southwick. Otherwise, it's better to save your money and dine at Fox or South instead.
