Subway - Lowell

Here i go again with my starbucks reviews. Being new to campus and an avid starbucks customer i was very excited to know there is not only one but two at UML. So far I've only gone to this one and my experience was alright. One of the baristas seems especially unhappy with her life, at least this is the vibe I get from her every time I've been here, which i get when you're a young adult having to work in customer service. However, I've been working with the public since freshman year of high school so i know customer service 101 teaches you not to take your frustrations out on those who pay your salary. Not only is she unpleasant but i ordered a sandwich only to find out it was FROZEN when i bit into it in class. I'd avoid her, she wears glasses, but the short barista is a sweet heart so I'm torn as to whether i should recommend anyone come here or not.

The sandwiches here are consistently excellent, and they offer plenty of customization options. This Subway is similar to other locations I’ve visited. The service is reasonably fast, depending on how busy it is. So far, I’ve had no negative experiences here.

I would prefer to endure the freezing temperatures of this polar vortex and visit a different subway rather than deal with the attitude of the employees there.

As it's located in a university library, the restaurant can get quite busy at peak times, leading to potentially long lines. However, in spite of the wait, the staff is incredibly efficient and friendly. I’ve consistently had wonderful interactions with them, and they always prepare my coffee just the way I like it.
