Great portion sizes and the food is incredible. The broth for the udon was the best I've ever had. The depth of flavor was so refreshing. The udon noodles were so chewy and perfect. Katsudon is one of my favorite dishes, and the egg was so creamy and full of that wonderful dashi broth. So happy to have a wonderful spot with great Japanese food in Salem. One of the best Japanese restaurants in Oregon! Very affordable and delicious! My favorite is Kitune Udon! His food reminds me the food I ate back in Japan I recommend placing an order ahead of time, there is a wait time but absolutely worth it : Thank you for always providing delicious food! Absolutely wonderful food! I had the Karaage Curry, the portion size was plentiful, and was pleased to have the curry separated from the rice so it didn't get soggy during the drive home!
