All the recent reviews are 1 star. Seriously management, DO SOMETHING. Went there just now to try to get some ice cream. There were 2 people in front of me in the drive thru. Waited 20 MINUTES and only 1 person in front of me actually got their order in.The problem wasn?t the people in the cars, the problem was that the person taking the orders was making people wait 5-10 minutesbefore taking the order. After waiting 20 minutes and not even getting my order in, I figured it would be at least another 30minutes to get my order, so I just left. Ain?t nobody got time for that. Seriously, if a business can?t figure out theirstaffing issues by now (hint: pay a fair wage and employees will come) then they should just close permanently.

Been going here for about 4 years as its close by our new home. A few days ago i get a blizzard. It obviously wasnt right, no upside down flip but they were busy so took it home to my wife. The blizzard was so sloppy that whe she pick the cup up theblizzard went everywhere. I returned it. A manager ? Her name was Chrissy. She said some of the kids dont know how to doblizzards when an extra item is added, then made a new one. Since it was run on a debit card, i requested to be comped ablizzard next time. Chrissy said. Sure. Last night I go to get my wife her free blizzard and to buy a milkshake for myself. Itell her Chrissy approved it. The gal said she was there there that night and Chrissy made a new one. I agreed buy she didntknow about the free one and needed to talk to Chrissy. I understand. She returns to the front counter, and says yes it can bemade. The drive-through was busy last night, the kids were working hard and I praised the hard work. This is while I was waitingwhile Chrissy was being contacted. So while I 'm waiting a gal in a green shirt comes from the back of your restaurant. Scolds melike a 3-year-old for back talking to her employees and told be to leave. I say I will when my order is finished. Green shirtgoes away to back of store, first employee comes to me a few minutes later, says she is not serving me and aske me to leave. Iask why, she tells me I was rude to her girls. But ai was not. Im almost 62 I have no reason to back-talk anyone let alonesome kid fixing my food . Anyway, I leave look for a complaint number or franchise owner name on the door but couldnt see one.So I go in to ask for the owners name. Im told to find it on Google. So here I am not finding a name, but heyI will leave thisreview. I left they threated to call the cops on me. Yeah lets waste taxpayer 's money! I was going to take my money to adifferent DQ. This place has unfortunately really bad service the manager ?Kristy? has a bad attitude and is very unprofessional. She closed the drive through window on me after I asked her who was the higher manger above her. After waiting in the drive through linefor 20 minutes i approached the window and they wanted me to go behind the line since I didn?t place my order in the orderingspeaker. I kept saying ?hello? and nobody would respond so I thought that their speaker wasn?t working. Once I get to the windowI see about four different girls working they said they were training and thats why they were taking so long and had such a bigline. However, they didn?t look like they were working they were busy goofing around and laughing.

The food is always nice and hot (freshly made). The desserts are pretty good, but getting pretty expensive. You can buy a gallon of Tillamook ice-cream for what a small or medium Blizzard cost these days! You would be able to serve a couple of people theTillamook ice-cream for the cost of the Blizzard!

This place has gone down hill faster than the economy I am sad to say it but I will never be going back to this location and I believe it is passed the point of saving it needs to simply close. I can assure you you will not be happy with your service orfood. We were the only people there it took over 30 min to get us our food and I am not joking it tasted and smelled like theydug it out of the trash I am shocked how disgusting it is
