There was an issue in the drive thru, I already had a mobile order places for an iced coffee (as this was during my work break) I was waiting for the car in front of me to complete their order for close to 15 (not even kidding) minutes. I realized I would be late, so i called to ask if I could please just pick it up at the counter. They say that was fine and to come on in.The boy at the counter, Tony, didn 't know what to do and grabbed another employee, Leanne, who came and started to look through the computer. I let her know I just spoke to someone 30 seconds to a minute ago on the phone (to let her know the computer wouldn 't know) I kid you not this 15 year old really says calm down I never yelled or raised my voice. She continued back and forth with me until a nice supervisor whose name I didn 't know came over and told her to stop and that she told me to come in.Then, I used their restroom. When I came back out, both Leanne and Tony continued to talk about me. I 'm still here. I said. Nobody said a word. When I called, Lisa, the manager on duty, was also rude and completely unhelpful. When I asked why she didn 't do anything she said it was because she never knew it occured, she was in the back. There 's so much wrong with this whole thing that I 'm not even gonna break it down. But if you want good, hot food that is correct to your order, don 't come here.If you want basic human respect from those who serve you, don 't come here.If you don 't have an extra 30 minutes to wait for your fast food order, don 't come here.
NYA Reid talked to me and had great conversations so happy she served me will definitely hope I see her next time im back
Please don't eat at this one. Go to New Kensington right down the road.
Visited location for a mobile order upon arrival all doors were locked and I had to call was told doors were locked due to being understaffed could clearly see 6 workers standing around having a conversation.
