It's understandable that they're getting back into the swing of things and some things will be ironed out, but feel that there was no covid management in place. E.g. More than 6 people/2 families at tables, 1 track and trace poster visible but not asked to check in, multiple people not wearing face masks when going inside to toilet.etc. Would visit again but not currently. Food was tasty and quick, although the pepperoni pizza was surprisingly spicy, only occurred after we left that it may have got mixed up with the Salami nduja by accident.
Not bad but pen and paper for track and trace record. Order at the bar no table service and no masks. Plenty of outside space, but outdoor furniture very shabby and dirty. It's a lovely pub in a great spot but not made the most of. Also not a great drinks selection.
Nice cocktails, but funny chicken burger. Presented on a rather small wooden plate. The food falls off onto the table. Maybe to provide a plate to the meals could help. Also it's been a bit noisy, that was due to the live music, which was great. Good place to have a pre-club meal and drinks, then get yourself dancing ;
Cosy pub and decent outside area to eat and drink. Service pleasant but food was a let down. Pricey for what it is even with the Eat Out to Help out Scheme! We had Chicken Tikka and Lamb Shank but maybe a burger or a pizza would be better? Probably wouldn't return for food.
We enjoyed four delicious meals, and this great place just needs more customers!
