The store owner Mital is the worst human being and treats her employees in an abusive way. She is always angry and shouts. Hope they report her to Labor dept.
We stopped using this location over a year ago because the orders were always wrong. Today I was busy so I stopped at the drive-thru. ONCE AGAIN, she read the order back to me, and I was still missing an item in the bag when I got home. Now of all the wrong orders it is ALWAYS the same issue. Something is missing. Never anything wrong or extra, just missing. That's what happens when you buy from greedy sleazeballs out to cheat people for an extra buck. With this degree of consistency it is damn sure not an accident. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE These people are unindicted thieves.
Today I stopped in I ordered 10 munchkins Donut holes half of them were stale. She charged me a $3.80. I don’t mind paying a price for some thing but when I am charged differently, depending on who works, I just wish they would stick to on price in my opinion. Yum Yum‘s is one of my favorites but it’s a little further, so I won’t be going back to the Dunkin’ Donuts in Harleysville again
Worst coffee ever. Not only was my wait 10 minutes at the window, two out of our three coffees were incorrect. My latte tasted like chemicals and had no flavor when caramel was requested. I’ve come before and the service is extremely hit or miss. Certain staff are pleasant but more often than not they are miserable and short with you. When I went to receive my change today my change was practically thrown at the ground and there was no apology. I have no intention of coming back to this dunkin.
