The Commodore - Lowestoft

Food was tasty but portion size was poor for its price. I ordered a pie and mash and the pie was more pastry than actual filling and the mash wasn’t very generous for its price! View and aesthetics of the place are very nice.

Welcoming and very friendly staff. Food typical pub grub. But of a high standard. Very dog friendly, with a dog menu and water/beer bowl. Right on waterside, with outdoor seating and beer garden. Would definitely recommend.

Went for lunch with my mum and we both had the bacon and chicken sandwich, was extremely good and great portion. They even asked if we had allergies. Great scenery and the staff were so helpful. Will make this our lunch meet spot from now on.

Lovely place right by the water! Large outdoor area and an indoor outdoor area in the main bar too. Lovely food and top service, little wait on food but well worth it!

Love the commodore because of the view. I won't eat there again however. How do you actually think these were okay to send out. The cheesecake was also still very cold( i assume it was frozen)
