Olivias Pizza - Lowood

The first time I ordered delivery at 7 PM, my order was forgotten, and it didn’t arrive until 9 PM. They offered a free pizza for my next order as compensation, but unfortunately, I start work early, and waiting two or more hours for my meal is unacceptable. I definitely do not recommend ordering delivery from this restaurant.

Love the pizza and have ordered quite a lot in the past, but lately we are very disappointed about the delivery time as well as the wrong order! for example tonight we were told to wait for delivery 50 minutes and we ended waiting 1hr 40mins after a follow-up call was made to be told another 15mins and it came 25 minutes to get the wrong order! we love to support their business and enjoy their pizza and usually just want to give the feedback to make sure that there is no further

The pizza from this local shop is incredible! I will definitely be ordering my pizza from here instead of those large pizza chains from now on!

Waited an hour for our pizza went in and asked about them to find out they had only just started making them . . . they refused to refund me even with my 3 kids sitting in the car waiting

The pizzas here are absolutely delicious! They're loaded with toppings, so you definitely get your money's worth. The owner is wonderful too. I won't be going anywhere else for pizza!
