Wendy's - Loxahatchee

The food was fresh. But we ordered original chicken sandwiches the expensive one and got the one they give you in the 4 for 4 package. Was good but not what we ordered. The service was good no complaints just check your food before leaving to avoidmistakes.

The worst Wendy?s experience ever!!! Waited 30 mins in the drive through only to see there were 2 people working the entire restaurant. But I said hey no big deal, as long as we get our food. We finally get our food and check the bag, all looks good.We get home and they are the wrong sandwiches. I paid for a new bacon store chix sandwich and when I get home to open it up,just a regular chicken sandwich. So disappointing. One star Wendy?s? one star.

I just drove through around 4PM ET, and I have to say while I don't expect much from fast food I was really blown away by how polite and kind the staff was when I made my order. Once I got home, I unwrapped everything and was just as impressed with thefood. I'm not a huge fan of Fast Food, but this Wendy's is really great by Wendy's standards and probably the best option incompetition with the other Fast Food options nearby.

The employees were rude. one was yelling at me and my NICE children and couldn?t let us talk. they said that we were able to split our 60 chicken nuggets with spicy, then said we couldn?t. then they scammed us by not giving 60 nuggets. instead 33. icounted. they were rushing me and fello children. the other one said that they wanted to hit my beautiful children. SO MAD ????.this isn?t the first time this happened to ME. will not be coming back.

Not too crowded. Glad dining room was open since the one 3 miles east was drive thru only due to staffing. One drink machine not operating and couldn't get ice out of the other. Good fast service and they included ketchup without us asking. I really enjoyedthe hot honey chicken sandwich as well.
