Chick-fil-a - Lubbock

We were welcomed with a smile and genuine enthusiasm that is unusual for fast food establishments! Our meal was delivered to our table with a smile and genuine concern for our satisfaction. It's rare to come across such exceptional service and attention to the customer. We were highly impressed by the joy and servant mindset displayed by everyone we encountered. We would rate them at least 6 stars!

It was unusual to wait in line for 20 minutes at this restaurant, but that was the reality today. I even had to pull around and wait longer. I appreciate fresh food, but if I have to wait for something to cook, I would like hot fries to go with it. Having extra people taking orders in the drive-thru is great for speed, but sometimes I need a menu to look at. A printed menu would make the process even faster and eliminate the awkward wait and slow walk to the menu that is sometimes necessary.

The restaurant has excellent service, delicious food, and a welcoming staff. Despite the company's strong Christian values, which may be off-putting to some, the food at CFA is quite good. The spicy chicken option could use a bit more heat, but overall it is still tasty.

Caitlin L has the best smile and is so genuinely happy! Everyone is always so pleasant.

This Chick Fil A stands out even among the typical excellence of CFA. The decor was excellent and the staff was great. It was very busy and our food still arrived quickly. The fresh, live, flowers on the table were a nice touch. An edit from another visit the flowers are from Market Street, and the staff truly is friendly, Chase was great and really brightened our day!
