It’s crazy how this place is located in the business admin building yet, not a single person on the staff knows how to run their store. Looking around at each other clueless when i ask for a tub of schmear and then act like they don’t know how to read when i try to just show them the order directly off of my phone.

Ordered 2 bagels with ham and toasted, they both came out as regular bagels and without ham on them. Its a real disappointment when you go out of your way to get bagels and when you get home they are not what you expected after driving 15 minutes. I will not be coming back to this establishment after that experience.
