Fazoli's - Lubbock

Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by the staff. Our server took the time to explain the specials of the day and the lunch menu. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with COVID-19 protocols in place such as barriers at the counter and regular cleaning of tables and surrounding areas. We were thanked for visiting before leaving.

The restaurant was extremely tidy, including the men's and women's bathrooms. The staff was all very friendly and hospitable. The decor and ambiance were definitely family-oriented and pleasant. The food was delicious, and a family of four could eat there for around $30. It's a great deal! We will definitely be returning!

The Italian food at this restaurant is quite enjoyable and reasonably priced. We decided to share a variety of dishes. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan but found it a bit heavy on spaghetti and lacking in chicken. My son chose the Pasta Sampler and was delighted to try four different pastas. We were able to make two meals out of our dishes for less than $20 total.

This Fazolis location is by far the cleanest in Lubbock! The food is always fresh, fast and delicious. I like that Fazolis is expanding a healthier menu such as keto friendly. I would like to see more menu items in the future for healthier options. The staff here are friendly and customer service oriented. Management goes above and beyond to ensure customers have a great experience. Rosa is always willing to listen to customers and utilize their feedback to improve quality of service. She is the reason I will keep coming back!
