Five Guys - Lubbock

The staff here is incredibly friendly and patient. I can confidently say that this is the best burger I've ever had at a restaurant—fresh ingredients, juicy, and my order was perfect. However, I was a bit let down by the shakes; while they were sweet, they didn't have a distinguishing flavor. We tried the chocolate malt and the salted caramel shake. This was my first time visiting Five Guys, and since I live three hours away from Lubbock, Texas, I definitely plan to return!

My cheeseburger was absolutely delicious! The person who took my order was incredibly friendly and even complimented my choice to add pickles, as that's how they enjoy their burgers too. They were really personable, and the service was quick. Our burgers and fries were incredibly tasty! McKinley was charming. I had just finished my final chemotherapy session, and this burger was a celebration treat for me. I'm so glad we chose Five Guys!

Delicious burgers customized to your liking with a variety of toppings. The hand-cut fries are served in generous portions. Please be cautious if you have a peanut allergy, as there are several large open containers of peanuts on the counter for snacking while you wait for your food. The staff is friendly, and the service is quite prompt.

Food was good! I ordered the bacon double cheeseburger, with Cajun fries. You get what you pay for!

I am a fan of 5 guys, but this location wasn't quite up to my usual expectations. Burger didn't taste seasoned quite right, and I asked for cheese, but she just rang me up as a burger. Fries weren't as hot an fresh as previous trips, and seemed like they cut back a bit on the portion.
