Jumbo Joe's Burgers - Lubbock

Burger was good. Malt was a shake and had no chocolate flavor. Was thinking it was going to be an old timey greasy hamburger place but disappointed on the food. Service was great!

The food was horrible, gease was what we mostly tasted. The prices are fair but not if the food is not edible.Order fish and chips, the fish was gross .Tasted like it was old , plus the toast look like they cleaned the grill with it. My salad was wilted the one cucumber was frozen. I can keep on about the other part of the order, it was just bad.

The Food here is Awesome. The Spicy Fries are my Favorite with A Regular Cheeseburger. I've never had Bad food from here. Just good.

This place is okay but I wouldn't go back. The burger was fine and the veggies on it were good. I don't care for a well done burger but I understand not wanting to make people sick. The fries that came with the burger were cooked well, just no seasoning. The fried okra was very crispy and not burnt. The food issue here is seasoning, everything was lacking in flavor.

When you want a good hamburger Jumbo Joe is the place to go we've eaten it at these other restaurants and man I'm not as good at jumbo Joe's a customer friendly they're clean and I recommend to go and try it you will thank me later for it good food clean restaurant customer friendly we enjoy it my wife and I and kids
