Contribuisci feedbackI need a REFUND! This place needs better training and management. I have two of Little Cesar's in the 19th. Street ordered at the university and never received the order both times. I even tried to call and NO ONE EVER PICKED UP the phone!!! I do not welcome this place at all!!! I'm on disability and money is very limited to me.
Usually? re extremely slow what I don't mean, but the pizza is always fresh because, how busy they are, there's nothing sitting.
Order online for pickup and when I went in 30 minutes later the employee read my order and said ?we ain?t have nothing of it ready? and told me it would be 20 minutes. 40 minutes before it was finished. The employee was rude, she made fun of me and shouted at the chefs they were slow, but she was on her phone at the front desk. She always told the customer that it would be helpful to say things like? When is your funeral? Because if your pizza is ready? And to other places. Worst experience here, and I wouldn't go back.
Very busy and I was told that my waiting would be 15 minutes for a pizza and an order of Italian cheese bread. 45 minutes later I was burned bread and soggy pizza.
This little caesars is a bit of a hit or miss, but it is little caesars, and you kind of get what you pay for. Sometimes the food is great fresh, well cut, but sometimes it is cold, not cut, too greasy, etc. I've had overall good experiences and I'm not that upset when it isn't good because I'm hardly out any money at all. Love the crazy bread but they often forget to include the sauce, so always double check.
