Mcdonald's - Lubbock

The meat was literally raw and we tried to call more than 3 times without answer. When she was the lady very rude 0/10 not going to this McDonald. Also no ice was in my drink it was room temp and the frits where very cold on arrival

Just came from taco bell after they refused us service and called us the n word. No complaints here everyone was polite and very fast. 10/10

The food here is always hot, they make sure our fries are hot and fresh. I have never had any issues with any of my orders at this particular location. The only negative is the employees, alot of them have the look on their face like they absolutely hate being there and when it comes to customer service it definitely shows. The attitudes are rediculous from asking for a straw or anything, they don't immediately greet you, they don't say have a nice day just nothing..hand you your food and that's about it.Parking: They have about 20 spaces to park, and they are wheelchair accessible, the parking for disabilities is located in the front by the door.Wheelchair accessibility: There is also plenty of dining tables to choose from if you are in a wheelchair and want to dine in. And they have a wheelchair accessible ramp outside so you can get in and out of the restaurant with no issues.

Not a fast food kinda guy, however since our world's unfortunate turn of events I've humbled adjusted.. ? transformation like we' all have and yes I now dine at fast foods and Love coupons even got a new huge pep peeve #goodcustomerservice .. McDonald's got it going on.. Hands down best app.. ????pa pa pa .. something like that lol ?
