Otto's Granary - Lubbock

Epic failure. firm christmas. I still work with my therapist. do not buy family heirlooms from here online. absolutely no quality control. also, weps had lost my package and scott promised me that I would get my ornaments before Christmas, and that did not happen and I was sent broken ornaments. When I sent him photos of the broken ornaments, I was shipped another broken ornament in a false packaging. some had no original box or even a UPC tag. pretty sure I sold returns. this load seems to be operated by inexperienced teenagers.

I wanted to pick up for Valentine's Day chocolate for my girls. Once I came out of the truck, one of my friends informed me that we are not open to the public” and turned around and went in. not sure who they are open if not the public. because of the rudeness of this individual that will be my last visit. it's too bad. I really liked this place.

I was so impressed by otto’s granary! I live nowhere near otto’s, but I discovered it when my local tea and coffee house ran out of my favorite. a Google search showed that otto carries it. I have put an order for my tee and several pounds of coffee. Unfortunately, the total order was not able to be filled out because several items were not on stock, but I received a phone call apologised for the problem and offer to replace other options. after the call, my order was immediately filled and delivered. it was received in perfect condition and the packaging was professional and attractive. the products are high quality and I love everyone! wants 100% order from otto is back! great customer service!

I put an order with these people on 2 January 2022. according to usps tracking a label was created only on the 7th januar in lubbox, texas where they are located, they sent it only on the 11th januar! seriously. nine days to send it? then the right fun begins. I live in florida. this package goes from lubbox, texas, on 11th januar to atlanta, georgia. it is there on the 15th january from yesterday 17th. januar is it now in indianapolis, indiana?! what the teufel? no further updates like today (the 18th) I sent otto’s granary yesterday a message and nothing belongs. I will never place another job of them again and ask myself if it ever appears. beyond frustrated and disappointed!!!!

While they have large selections of items that my little niece wanted. I placed a order online, took them 10 days to ship them out. That is only after I called and asked about it they said that 1 of the item was out of stock that's why the package did not get shipped. I said replace it with another flavor, which they said great it will go out. 4 Days later it still did not. I hope you have a lot of time to keep calling them about your order. Otherwise selection is great and friendly on the phone. I'm really not sure how long it will take for me to get my order at this moment.Update: Today's the 3rd time I'm calling. They send me a UPS tracking# that says shipment cancled when I tracked it. When I called they said that it actually shipped USPS. Good news is I did get the package in 2 days via USPS and it did not get lost
