Pecan Grill At The Overton - Lubbock

Every time we go to Lubbock to see our son at Texas Tech we stay at the Overton Hotel. One of the best features about this hotel is their amazing restaurant, the Pecan Grill. The food and service are always impeccable! My son has serious food allergies and the chef (Douglas Noxon) always prepares our meals with care without sacrificing flavor and taste. I highly recommend their steaks so delicious! The atmosphere is elegant with a touch of rustic cowboy, very welcoming. This would be a great restaurant for a special occasion or date night, too. They offer an extensive wine list. We also love the breakfast buffet where we can get a made to order omelet and on Sundays they have a full brunch. In the evenings, the lounge has a patio with live music. I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful restaurant. We truly love the staff and really look forward to our visits. The Pecan Grill is one of the main reasons we always stay at the Overton Hotel. If we lived in Lubbock, we would frequent the restaurant even more!

Had a wonderful buffet at Pecan Grill today! Our server Giana took really good care of us and was very friendly! The food was excellent with specialties like grits in smoked tomato sauce! Yum! We love this place!

It was wonderful, the service was spectacular and the food was oh sooooo delish!! I would recommend this place for any adult couple wanting a nice quiet or romantic get away.
