Poliberto's Taco Shop - Lubbock

This restaurant offers both a drive-through and a walk-up window with outdoor seating. The menu is extensive and simple to navigate, with daily specials available. All of the food we ordered was delicious, especially the tacos which were generously filled with meat. They also provided salsas in the container. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

I always choose the carne asada fries at this restaurant and they never disappoint. Occasionally, I'll try something different from the menu and their shrimp dishes are always a good choice.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was impressed by the high quality of the food and the quick service. Businesses like this one deserve our support to remain open. They offer delicious food at affordable prices, and it's all made fresh without any preservatives. I will definitely be returning.

Had the tacos last time and the asada fries today. This place is legit. Boss got a carnitas torta and chicken quesadilla, both where freaking amazing.

Hands down my place to go on Sundays for breakfast and/or lunch. The young man that works the window on Frankford, super sweet and patient. Thanks for feeding us when I'm busy. Will definitely be back time and time again for their quality of food that hasn't failed me yet. ;
