After having such terrible experiences at the Whataburger across the street, I was pleasantly surprised to receive such wonderful service at Raising Canes! They literally restored my faith in Fast Food restaurants in Lubbock. They had a line wrapped around the building, yet they were courteous, professional, and fast! The order was correct and the food was great! I literally can't say enough about how pleased my wife and I were. There was no rudeness from the drive thru, no fear of our order being deliberately tainted by unethical employees. And there is no need to deal with an uncaring manager pertaining to poor service! Thank you, Raising Canes, for restoring my faith! At the end of the day, I guess I should have been visiting here instead of that burger joint across the street anyway!

Fast and friendly drive thru service. The food is okay but it should not cost $20 for 2 adult meals consisting of chicken fingers and fries.
