Despite the noise level in the restaurant, which made it difficult to carry on a conversation, the food was excellent. I enjoyed the vegan enchiladas and didn't want them to end. We will definitely return, but next time we will request to sit on the terrace to avoid the noise.
I wish I had discovered this restaurant sooner! The atmosphere is fantastic and the service is even better. But the real surprise was the delicious food and cocktails - truly exceptional! The appetizer of poblano fries and salsa was large and tasty. The cocktails, especially the tequila mermaid water, were equally impressive. The pork chop was out of this world, and the salmon dish was spectacular with its crispy skin. The filet with poblano was unbelievably good. We finished off the meal with coffee and tequila. Overall, it was a great experience and a hidden gem in Lubbock. Our server was also amazing, providing excellent service throughout. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience.
I recently dined at the best restaurant in Lubbock! The food quality was exceptional and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The salads were fresh and tasty, the charred Brussels sprouts were amazing, and the shredded chicken taco dish was wonderfully prepared. The three salsas and chips were definitely worth the price. The desserts, especially the wrench cake, were fantastic. I also had the paloma martini, which I would rate five stars. This restaurant definitely delivers on quality and I hope it continues to thrive in Lubbock. The city could use more chefs who understand good food. This is definitely my go-to spot whenever I'm in town!
My man and I love this place absolutely. eating is simply amazing. the personal is always very nice and friendly. probably one of the best restaurants in lubbock! I recommend the delicate filet!
I've heard about this place for years and my wife and I went last night. We were meeting a group of 6, and only 2 were seated. They would not seat us unless the entire party was there, and the bar was full, so instead of allowing us to buy drinks at the table, we sat on a couch. We were seated finally, nice table, and the service/food were excellent, but man, they over charged. I asked for croutons: over 2 dollars. I asked for extra dressing for the salad, over two dollars. Our entire bill was something like 140 dollars. I had diver scallops--terrific, but only 3 and salad for 32 dollars, four dollars more for croutons and extra dressing. My wife had pork, also fine, but not worth the price. And I have to question the price and the seating policy. We won't return. Just not friendly enough. And VERY pretentious.
