Whataburger - Lubbock

DO NOT USE MOBILE APP CURBSIDE! they took 36 min to get my order to me while the drive through moved flawlessly I literally thought they forgot about me bc they took so long, the manger checked up on me but didn?t even acknowledge that they took long just clarified if I had a drink with my order then left and another 6 min went by before I Finally got my order sheeesh

Lately I've been going to this location instead of the one on 4th Street ..I've never encountered a ridiculous line yet ...the service was quick food was just the way I ordered...I couldn't be more truly satisfied with the service keep up the good work guys ..see ya on the next visit ????

15 minutes for a kids meal. Workers seemed to be messing around. Only one really working was the manager. But he couldn't be the cook and manager at once. Bun was hard, fries cold. Ate one fry one bite of kids burger and threw away. I will not return to that location.

Friendly, quick and attentive staff, good food and good prices. Fast Service, Home-Made taste ???

You can't go wrong with Whataburger. The burgers are always good and they cook it to your satisfaction.
