Prior to coming here I did read the reviews and was hesitant due to the bad reviews it had. To my surprise it was actually a very pleasent stay. We did a farm/animal tour and the farmer was very patient and nice with the kids. She not only walked us through the farm but also educated them with facts about each animal. The house was very secluded with not much neighbors around. House was cozy and well equipped. The next big town is about a 30 min drive away. Thank you Flip Flop Ranch for a good time.

We recently stood at this farm while we attended a wedding. My husband had a black Honda and I don't know what it was about the car but the peacocks would. It leave the car alone. They damaged the bar pretty bad. there is scratches and peck marks all over the side if the doors. I completely understand the birds run freely and we're on a farm but I think when your renting out airbnbs and there can be damage to your property there should be a safe parking area. There could have been a little bit more effort done from the Airbnb host to keep her renters leaving happy. Hopefully this doesn't happen to other guest.

I love this place. The owners are so nice and polite and the animals are adorable and taken care of super well. They have pens for the animals, but they often let them wonder around and just have the run of the place! And even when they're in the pens, they have tons of space. The farmhouse is nice and comfy and there's so much room. We didn't stay the night, but I'd love to in the future. The only criticism I have is there are no llamas haha!
