Burger King - Ludington

Why do they need to use so much salt on their French pommes? I don't understand. I shouldn't wipe my hand after every frit. I could probably jump in lake michigan with the riders and it would be the dead sea. Anyway, the bacon king with senf and mayo and all sweet is really good. it is a satisfying sandwich. I used my rewards, yes, it's not cheap. always do not have salt on the burgerpatty. Maybe they will stop doing it when enough people ask. Whopper is always good. I can't wait to try a new Southwest-Hopper. not too hot about the app. never really loaded and deals are not great. they serve the fried hath browns all day, that is a game changer for me; never knew that. but coupon for hash browns disappears constantly from app when it tries to use it. this is an app problem and not the blame of the restaurant. a good bathroom.

I went here for a breakfast sandwich because McDonald's had closed their lobby and the drive-thru was packed. It was clear they didn't have enough staff. I decided to go to Burger King instead, where there were only two cars in the parking lot, the lobby was open, and the drive-thru seemed to be attended by someone. It's surprising how one place can be so congested, forcing you to wait 20 minutes in line, while another is completely accessible. It’s as if they prioritize speed over customer service.

I ordered a door Dash folder and although it was brought to their attention before they did not ranch available as option. Usually this is not a problem because they can call and after ranch put into their order and they do not do it any problem. but today they thought it was ok to pass responsibility to the drive and they demand to ask them to arrive and inform me that they must go to pick up the order and they cannot go through the drive that was not relevant to the thema in any way. she then went with me to put in my pocket and decided to stay silent on the phone while I expressed my dissatisfaction and explained that I had never had a problem with the others who ran into my order. she always asked me, “Are they done?” and was released. the lack of customer support is disgusting, especially coming from a manager.

I don't visit this restaurant frequently, but during my last trip, I was surprised by how much their prices have increased. At this point, a burger from a nearby local place is only slightly more expensive. Additionally, my burger wasn't very warm; in fact, the cheese was cold.

Breakfast was quite enjoyable. I'm not sure why more people don't choose Burger King; their food is really good!
