Walters Fishery - Ludington

The self-service seemed strange, but without a doubt this was the absolute best smoked white fish I had EVER! I bought it in a bunch of places in Michigan and Wisconsin, but that was definitely the best. Eat well on crackers or a super simple cream cheese, green onion and smoked fish and eat on crackers
