There was no location at the given address, and when we attempted to call, the phone number was out of service. Do they even exist?

Their website and phone message give the impression that they are open, but they're not. They hadn't even cleared the snow from five days ago. It's clear that they don't care about their customers or prospective customers.

We visited on September 21, 2022, but found the restaurant closed with a "For Sale" sign in front. It's unfortunate to see that many establishments in New England have shut down due to Covid!

The ice cream selection is great, but I had a concerning experience. I specifically asked about which flavors contained nuts and which did not because I have a severe nut allergy. Unfortunately, instead of receiving the flavor I ordered, I was given a similar flavor that contained nuts. This could have been very dangerous. Mistakes can happen, but when a customer clearly mentions an allergy, it's crucial to get it right. I found this very disappointing. Service: Dine in.
