I've observed some unwelcoming behavior from certain staff members during my visits, whether I'm stopping by for an energy drink or a quick snack for my drive. Moreover, the cleanliness of the place could be better.
The young cashier is simply fantastic! She is very friendly and welcoming, always displaying patience with customers. Her cheerful demeanor makes every visit enjoyable, whether I'm there for drinks, food, or gas. The food is consistently delicious, and I've never had any problems with the staff. Keep up the excellent work!
My husband used my card to purchase just a coffee, but later when I checked my transactions, I found they charged him $12 for it. I called the restaurant to address the issue, but they said there was nothing they could do. I will not be returning to any Parkers if they continue to overcharge and mishandle transactions! I spoke with a manager, but she was also unhelpful. They really should consider shutting down the entire franchise.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was lacking, and it felt like the staff didn't prioritize customer satisfaction. I ordered a pizza, but it came with toppings I didn't ask for, including jalapeños. When I brought this to the attention of the cook, they replied in frustration, saying, "Well, I already made it; what do you want me to do?" This level of attitude was truly unprofessional and unacceptable.
