Parkcafe Bluhendes Barock - Ludwigsburg

O be honest, this is more a cafeteria than a cafe. You pick up a tray, utensils and walk around the food area picking out what you want to eat or drink. The coffee, tea and hot choc are in machines, the hot food is...served from behind the counter and the baked goodies are in a compartment to pick out your own. I was exhausted from our long day at this place, great visit! and so I just wanted to eat, drink and sit for a while. The location is great with a pond to look at and green all around, but the food is just ok. Our baked goodies were ok, and my hot choc was reasonably priced for the little cup I got. All in all, I wouldn't really say it was the place to eat lunch at, more bring you own for a picnic, but if tired and need a break, not bad.

Eating is not recommended here. although the restaurant was not even half occupied with guests, the service staff seemed overwhelmed. our foods were only lukewarm and boiled dead. only the outside area sprayed by the planting with trees and shrubing a little charm. still: never again!

The quality of eating and the ease of use were disappointing for us. we were there for lunch. was ordered a carving with pommes as well as a portion of the semmelknödel with forest mushroom sauce. the pommes were ok (can also not be done much wrong), the carving on the other hand finished unity and landed to warm up with the pommes in the friteuse. the semmelknödel tastefully not the hit but ok after expressing my friend, however with 7.60€ for two dumplings in a small suppen dish not favorable. the friendliness of the service forces offers an even greater potential than eating. in detail I don't want to go into it, but pampige answer to the cash register as well as paired with visibly grained eye rolls towards customers is a nogo! such people did not belong to the service. another visit is therefore not worth the cafe for us. the ambiente ansich is ok, brings a winter garden feeling over. seating for small children are abundant.

We were with a rehearsal evening (as daring!) what we have experienced here - incredible! we started with a warm, warm, warm, warm, washabi, a wonderful cappuccino of forest mushrooms, a butter-sweet brain spine and a crowning finish a variation of the cwetschge! Regardless of whether sorbet, mousse or parfait - it was totally unexpected for us and only tasty in glass construction took place next to the same time and now comes’s menu! thanks for this evening!
