The first spoon revealed an optimal, slightly creamy consistency for me, which still satisfactorily firm, small cauliflower bunnies opposed the appropriate bite part. Despite the potato base, the cauliflower flavor did not remain on the route. I also liked to collect the last remains with the last pieces of bread, which previously also served as a kind of croutons for me. It should also be mentioned here that the garlic butter was also optimally suited to the cauliflower soup with a slight sweetness. This fresh meal simply fulfills all my expectations and at the same time proved that the operator not only understands the cookery, but also has her heart blood here. 4.9€ for this dish screamed almost after a neat tip. This short stop at the “thick Berta” was, therefore, really an absolutely worthwhile luck finding. This is due not only to the hospitable nature of the operator, but also to the unique and loving ambience that makes it a true unicum. The impression is rounded off by a fresh and passionately prepared kitchen that justifies its price. Since I like to assess the claim and expectations, I really only have the full score left here

A relaxed, friendly lady behind the Tresen Berta?! At least not a bit thick! makes the stay easy; the “You” goes loosely over the lips... The mandatory clamping board menu shows a small, extremely fine selection of spices and potions, suitable in price, and also biologically exemplary. Flamecake and daily changing sweets serve the hearty, a clear cake offer the sweet appetite. Quickly served on pretty little boards or chic porcelain. Freshly prepared, hot, super crispy, refined tasted “real tasty”, says the unanimous verdict after the first bites flame cake. The sweet pastry convinces a little less, but is still ok. The bill for two cold drinks, two flashcakes and one piece of cake is about 18 euros. Even if it should not be necessary: necessarily visit the washing room. Maybe never?!
