With its location in a small side of the Fleischhauergasse between the town hall and the Königstraße you can see the “Kleine Nudelhaus” at the second glance. But just like the flame-cake house, which is located next door, it invites you to a smaller snack and short stay with its inexpensive and versatile range around Pasta. That's exactly what I wanted to try on a Saturday in June 2018. Thanks to the recently moved move to these premises, the facility is presented in a new and modern way. Despite the name, there are certainly a large number of gastronomy facilities in the city centre of Lübeck that have to cope with a much smaller number of square meters. In the entrance area is located on the left side of the counters, where the dishes are also prepared, while in the rear area a pure guest room forms sufficient space for several table areas. Interior view. Also about the young people who run the shop for my visit, I can only convey positive impressions of their kind and relaxed way. The dishes are ordered, paid and prepared at the same time so that no classic service takes place at the table. However, the staff is responsible for cleaning the dishes. Of course, the offer revolves around all variants of pasta or pasta and the associated sauces. As in a modular principle, the guest is free to choose from the combination of different pasta types and sauces. From vegetarian tomato mozzarella to cheese, curry chicken or goulash sauce: even in sauce should have any taste. A changing daily dish also gives the standard area a separate variant. During my visit this was a "Wiener Paprika-Gemüse" with Hendl (Hähnchen), which I combined with Spätzle. Wiener Paprika-Gemüse mit Hendl (Hähnchen) mit Spätzle. For just 4 € a serving was served, which would also be more than easy for a lunch. Besides the small chicken in the form of sprinkled, this variant made a pepper, tomatoes and onions in a cream sauce. The latex had an optimal bite strength for my taste. Even more I enjoyed the courage to clean up the sauce which gave the court the necessary pipes. The chicken was not as juicy as in high-quality gastronomy, but still properly prepared for the price. Satt and satisfied I left the little noodle house so definitely and the price-performance ratio is rightly unbeatable. Certainly, the dishes offered here are already prepared and kept warm and cannot therefore be compared with freshly prepared pasta. But with regard to the desired concept of offering fast, tasty food for lunch breaks or in the meantime, the favourite food of the Germans is quite convincing here.
Chef is celiac and knows all about it. Handmade glutenfree noodels, tasty sauces, low prices. I love that placr.
