Das Freibackhaus - Lübeck

Large selection of bread and baked goods. so far everything was very good. there is a snake in front of the door, but that is worth waiting.

Unfortunately, they didn't have vegan baked when I went there. I hoped for croissants or chocolate biscuits, but everything was made honey with (at least). the only thing that would have been vegan was the broth and broth rolls. I am sure that the quality of the brotes and the broth rolls is very good, but that was not what I was looking for. I had to go somewhere to get some breakfast.

I regularly buy brot (usually Dinkel-Sprosse) and it is of the same quality. it just remains a week fresh. if it takes so long. the price is entitled in any case.

This bakery offers a good quality and variety of organic bread. cakes and cookies are quite creatiw and I often find something new they have invented. down is that this place significantly increases prices until October 2015, so some offers seem more expensive than in other organic bakeries (e.g. plain croissant for 2.10 euro). but try themselves, wether find the prices acceptable for the good taste.

The bakery is centrally located and offers several vegan pastries. They were not fancy or unexceptional, just the normal stuff you get in every bakery (except being vegan and whole-meal, of course). I like that the products are regional and organic. Unfortunately, there is no room to sit down, so you have to eat at home.
