Chicken Express - Lufkin

Always our Tuesday-Hingout. The food was hot and fresh, but today 7/5/22 was the staff at the top. Food items have left our meals. I hated to ask for things again and again, so the receptionist said something else in her rude attitude. A drumstick I had was too crusty on the bones, I returned him and got something better. Some people had to wait a few minutes for their big orders. they rushed. Lack of teamwork and complaints is heard by the employees of customers .

I have the fish it was great. It's one of my favorites now. It was a 2pc fish (but I ate a piece b4 the picture) w/breaded okra, hushpuppies meal... a 2pc chicken breast/wing w/breaded okra, rolling meal.

The only thing I would like would be smaller amount of pieces in combo meals. 8pc is too much. 4 pc would be better. Great food and friendly staff and service. Location is awesome!

Well I guess these guys get four stars across the board just worked out like that didn't realize but like others I have mentioned when they are good they're good when they're bad they're horrible we love to come through get the fried pickles tea and corn nuggets me and the wife when we're out and about for a little snack we got chicken strips the other day and I guarantee you I thought I had my dogs chew toy you guys need to pay attention to how long your chicken stays under that heat lamp after so long it just turns into a dry nasty stick please don't do us like that again because we love you so much we just want you to love us back we'll be back manager was very nice and took care of us so that's a plus and the new guy with the gold teeth that just started great guy y'all hold on to him!!!

Ate gizzard a bit chewy for me but gravy and roll were perfect.service was good food was fresh.
