Kfc - Lufkin

I ordered $50 worth of food in drive through and left off one of the dinners. I should've checked before I drove off, but I shouldnt have to.

Dinner was delicious. They were out of cookies, but I couldn't complain

I would give a zero if possible. Ordered for delivery. Chicken sandwiches were old and cold. Received 4 containers of gravy, zero potatoes. Ordered diet Pepsi rec'd regular pepsi (can't have the sugar). First time ever eating at KFC since moving to Lufkin. Will never order again. Tried calling the location at least a dozen times and nobody answers the phone. With the prices you charge, shame on you for lousy customer service snd outright laziness with getting a simple order correct. Ridiculous. Delivery driver was the only positive part as very nice. Beyond disappointing and a waste of hard earned money

I dunno who is working there now,but they need a raise, I've never had my food come out so fast from there before,I'll recommend this place KFC to anyone

The staff was very polite and the manager was very helpful during the holiday madness.
