There was only one inexperienced worker at the restaurant, and my order of steamed chicken was incomplete. I only received half of the portion that was supposed to be served. I am extremely disappointed!

The service at this restaurant was excellent, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable.

I would not recommend visiting this restaurant in the evening. As a regular customer who typically visits in the morning or afternoon, I have always had great experiences with the friendly staff and fresh food. However, on my last two visits in the evening last month, I was very disappointed. This past weekend was particularly frustrating. The menu options were limited before 7 o'clock and the food did not seem fresh. Despite my partner's suggestion to go elsewhere, I insisted on staying. The service was extremely slow, especially when a line formed. I ordered a bowl of queso and received a cup with only a few chips. I believe I was overcharged as my usual bill of $30-40 was $50 this time. The cashier did not acknowledge me or thank me, simply snatching the receipt and throwing it away. Overall, we will not be returning anytime soon.

It's fine. I saw some reviews indicating that there were great vegan and vegetarian options, but there's really only one option: a bowl. Their tortillas and chips have lard, which isn't vegan or vegetarian. I'm just putting this here for any future veggie-based people. Having said that, the bowl with veggies, the lime rice, and tofu was really good. The guy who checked in the back as to whether the tortillas had lard was friendly (I'm glad that he offered to check). Hopefully, in the future, Moe's will carry lard-free tortillas.
