Contribuisci feedbackOn Monday morning I stopped for gas and my receipt did not print. I went inside and grabbed two bottles of water. I approached the counter and set the bottles down. One employee had her back turned digging in her purse and the other was drinking coffee.The one drinking coffee asked if I needed help. I said that I needed a receipt for gas because the printer was out of paper. Sheprinted my receipt and picked up the bottles of water and moved them to a self check out. She said she would show me. I told herthat I can do it myself. She went back to drinking her coffee. Why did she do this? She could have easily checked me out. Ithought it was very rude.
For the third time I've come to get a shower and because there system isn't working right I'm out $17.00. They could have gave me a shower. Bad management. I know they don't care but my next $17000 will be spent anywhere but a Pilot
Not bad? store is clean. Need better ventilation system in the showers. Mold growing on ceiling
I used to love this location, but there is an overnight employee named Stewart that has absolutely ruined this location. He is ALWAYS extremely negative, and seems to want to force that attitude on to other people. He complains about the lady that worksthere (Shainna or Shawna) to anyone that will listen. He even follows customers around when they try to walk away. He is goingto force you to listen. She is just working along, and his job seems to be complaining and harassing her. A couple times therewas a homeless person outside. I understand he needs to ask them to leave property, but tact goes a long way. Aggressivelysaying ?Get out of here?, and kicking at them is awful to watch. This type of behavior reflects poorly on the image of thestore. I have seen him be extremely hateful to that lady he works with more times than I can count. She just smiles and triesto act like it doesn?t bother her. I honestly don?t know how she puts up with it. Overall, the store is always clean and thelady that does overnights is always so nice. That would have gotten a 5 star review. But Stewart working there makes it get alow review. Management seriously needs to reevaluate this man working in a customer service position. I can assure you that Iwill be telling everyone I know not to go there just because of this character.
Need more knowledgeable employees overnight. 2nd time I arrived in early morning and had my reserve space taken and employees do not or will not remove other driver. Says they don't know how to see who's not supposed to be there. Corporate returnedpoints but that left me waiting for a free space to open up instead of getting some much needed sleep. This place sucks.
