Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Lufkin

The food was cold and lacked seasoning, and the service did not meet Popeyes' usual standards.

This location has been renovated and looks fantastic. The employees seem to be enjoying the fresh atmosphere; they were working quickly to prepare orders and were very prompt with service. I'm really impressed with this place!

The service was quick and friendly. The food was served hot and fresh. Absolutely delicious!

This popeyes is very busy and the drive thru was long but I went inside and everyone was nice far as customer service. Also the place was clean and organized. We had a little wait but it's worth it for fresh hot chicken and it was great the crunch andjuicy bite also had the beans and rice to me not enough beans. The biscuit was hard but we go for the chicken lol not the sidessometimes But in all great chicken and try the sandwich also always a good choice.

Cashier and manager was very helpful and motivating to the staff. She showed knowledge, managerial skills to handle constant customers needs, employees work flow the areas of take out, dine in and drive thru customers. Very exceptional qualities. Greatfood, nice atmosphere, and experience. Hope to visit again. God bless
