Dinner on the deck. Food was very good. Lobster mac cheese was very enjoyable and cheesesteak egg rolls very yummy also
Wish the place was better. From the outside it looks nice and has a classic look to it. The atmosphere inside is not quite sure what it wants to be. From the tables to the decor and the lighting it seems very mismatched and doesn't have any type of theme. Old paneling with random decor. Also, the food isn't good. If you need sustenance, this is why you would eat it. I had the nachos, a pretzel, and something else. Pretzel had no salt, cheese dip had little texture and was more like watery powdered cheese dip and nachos tried to do too much with having sweet chili to top it. I cannot remember the other thing I had because it was not memorable. The only shining light was our server who was very wonderful. She was funny, positive, and checked on us a few times. If you are local or are going to check out their outside bar, this might be good. Otherwise, it's ok to miss out on this one.
Good food and service, but it would be a good idea if they could put beer prices on the menu. Ordered a Southern Tier Pumpking ale thinking maybe $7 for a pint. Nope $9 for one pint it's good beer but not that good. If the price wouuld have been on the menu I'd would have ordered a different beer. Disappointing.
On a recent Saturday, our family of 6 (all adults visited for dinner. While we always love the atmosphere of the deck, we dined inside this evening (our matriarch doesn 't enjoy outdoor dining. The rooms are all interesting and unique and have a cozy type atmosphere with exposed brick and wide plank hardwood floors. Our server was prompt, professional, personable, and efficient. I had boneless chicken wings and fries, and they were as expected. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his fish and chips, as did my daughter enjoy her chicken salad, and one son enjoyed a pannini. The other two entrees were a bit lacking beef tips and loaded baked potato. The beef tip entree was a bit bland and beef dry, and the baked potato was very disappointing. It was watery in the bowl as though the steamed (microwaved? veggies were not drained but poured over a dry potato that had been cut down the center. Some vegetables were mushy, while others were hard. For the $17^ price tag, it was most certainly not up to par. Please visit for the beer, the atmosphere, and the service but anticipate that the pub food will be good, the entrees might be inconsistent
