They don't know how to make slushy I ordered 2 of the same kind one had very little juice the other one was all juice I mixed them together it turned out OK but could have been better if they were made

Three out of the five burgers ordered were made incorrectly. One had green tomatoes on it. Another, pictured below, had old scraps of bacon just clumped together in the middle of it. Slushes we ordered were not fully mixed, the shake was made poorly. When I called to complain the car hop that answered referred to me as N a when telling the manager I called to complain. Probably one of the worst fast food orders I’ve ever had. It is obvious that they do not care. Sorry that no matter what your job is you should try to do it to the best of your ability.

I’m eating the best ever foot long chili cheese coney. With x chili , cheese n fresh onions on top. Sitting here in front eating it. It’s the very best. Sonic in lufkin. Thanks Jasmine for being so sweet to bring it out to me in this misty rain. Thanks. Nancy Jernigan.

Ice cream machines are broken. This location does not refill iced tea. I paid almost $40 for 2 people to eat. Left a $5 tip. Most Sonic locations in Texas do refillIced tea. That’s just absurd. Probably a franchise.

Hot jalapeño poppers were good and fresh and Tge Coke was the bomb
