Sonic Drive-in - Lufkin

It's a Sonic... The food is consistently good, and the service is pleasant. The staff is friendly, though I've encountered others who bring a bit more energy, especially those on roller skates.

I placed my order through the app and saw that there were seven cars ahead of me, so I decided to choose a stall. After waiting for 15 minutes, I pressed the red button, only to be informed that there were no carhops available. Frustrated, I walked inside the restaurant and found numerous food orders sitting there, yet none were being delivered to the cars waiting in the stalls. This was shocking and completely out of character for this location. I understand that being short-staffed can happen, but they should at least inform stall customers to use the drive-through instead of leaving them without any assistance.

We were feeling hungry later in the day, so we decided to order two burgers and made a salad at home to go with them. The burgers were large, delicious, and had a warm, lunchtime vibe. So tasty!

Ordered a lg diet Dr pepper. Got a regular Dr pepper. Pushed red button to tell the folks inside waited 15 mins nobody answered. Went through the drive thru, waited 25 mins in drive thru just to get the right drink.

I hate to give bad reviews, but we set at a booth 15 mins. After bushing red button no service.. Than went through drive thru 2 cars in front of us,30 mins later finally received order of milk shake,ice coffee, mm blast and sundae.. the only thing worthwaiting for was shake. I'll never go back to that particular sonic.
