Taco Bueno - Lufkin

The food was decent but not exceptional. The staff was not very friendly.

After attending a rodeo last Sunday, we stopped at Burger King on our way home. However, we were greeted with unwelcoming eyerolls and irritated attitudes from the staff, as if they didn't want to serve us. They ignored us for about 4 minutes before finally asking if they could help. Frustrated, we left and went next door to Taco Bueno, where the staff was kind and welcoming. The employees there were friendly and helpful, with no signs of nasty attitudes.

I tried Taco Bueno for the first time in a long time while working out of town. The staff was polite and the food was served hot and fresh. However, I was not a fan of the new flavor of the chicken in my chicken potato burrito. I'm sure others may enjoy it, though.

For a fast food taco, Taco Bueno is excellent. They have a salsa bar. It's clean and neat. The service is superior. I'm glad we stopped there.

Our family absolutely loves Taco Bueno.. a family of 6 can eat for like $30 and we all love the food!
